Kaitlyn and Lance were last seen in this blog in the fall, when they were planning their big day. It finally came and what a great time was had by their whole family. Daughters Kelsey and London were also happy participants.
Pre wedding photos took place at Kaitlyn’s grandparents home in a great wooded and garden setting and then it was off to Laurel Manor for the ceremony and reception.
Congratulations Kaitlyn and Lance.
Stephanie and Ricky had been waiting for this day for years and it did not disappoint. We had a beautiful Michigan summer day and the beauty. Stephanie looked perfectly beautiful in her dress and Ricky dapper in his tux to stand out over the beauty of the historic St. Anne Catholic Church in Detroit. We then headed to the Detroit Riverwalk park for some pictures in front of the Renaissance Center and Hart Plaza. Then it was off to the Italian American Banquet Center in Livonia for a great party and evening that will not soon be forgotten. Congrats Stephanie and Ricky.
So, the last few weekends have brought rain to Michigan on Saturday. Tresa and Ron still had a beautiful day planned and it turned out perfect, even though we didn’t get some of the outdoor photos we had planned. A nautical themed wedding was fun and unique and carried thru to the reception. A surprise at the reception came when Ron serenaded Tresa with a great rendition of the old Commodores tune “Lady”. Check the Joseph Bauer Studios blog, soon, for a film preview of the wedding. Best wishes for a wonderful life.
I met Pat and Kristy last fall and seemed to make an immediate connection. We did a super fun engagement shoot back in the winter months at their alma mater, University of Michigan. Based on what they had told me, I knew this was going to be a fun wedding…and it did not disappoint. Besides being a beautiful day and the bride looking stunning, Pat’s father who has been ill, was able to be at the wedding and reception to help celebrate the day with them. The one thing that has always impressed me with Pat and Kristy, is their constant smiles and laughter. You can feel how much they enjoy being together and the happiness that comes out of that time.
The wedding was held at the beautiful, Most Blessed Sacrament Cathedral in Detroit with the reception being at Laurel Manor in Livonia. We did a quick tour of downtown Detroit for some fun photos of the bridal party and the new Mr. and Mrs. Sharrow. Best wishes for a wonderful life.
Kristy & AJ picked a unique location in Livonia, the city historical museum, to have their wedding. What a cool place to get married. They had a beautiful wedding in the museum chapel and then were surprised by a white horse and carriage to transport them around the village. The carriage and horse are provided by Ann Arbor Carriage
Denise was our driver and gave us two enjoyable rides (one of the perks of being a wedding photographer). Kristy and AJ then were off to the Burton Manor for their reception and a fun time had by all.
