You may remember Ms. Elisabeth from our newborn shoot last year. Well she has grown up a little and is a bundle of energy. We had a hard time just getting her to sit down, but she had lots of smiles. After our in studio session, we went to a nearby park and found that Elisabeth loves to swing, and is a champion stick hunter. Can’t wait to see her in another year!
If you follow my blog, you may recognize Mom and Dad in these photos with young Miss Adele. I photographed Pat & Elizabeth’s Michigan Theater wedding in 2010 and was so happy for them when they scheduled Adele to come in for a visit and photo session yesterday. I must say, Adele was such an easy subject to work with. She smiled and being the age she is, sat perfectly still for us to get some fun and memorable pictures for Mom and Dad. I think we did a pretty good job of capturing Adele’s personality.
Christa is my senior rep for Royal Oak High School and came to me last spring totally excited about her pictures. We finished up her senior series last week and we had a lot of fun, both in the studio and in downtown Royal Oak. We still have lots of time left this fall to make your senior photos as fun and unique as Christa’s. Be sure to call and set up your appointment soon. We handle everything, from the yearbook photo and getting it turned into the high school for inclusion in the yearbook to making sure you have all of the photos you need for your friends and family.
We had the privilege of photographing Ms. Elisabeth and her parents Dayna and Jeremy. Elisabeth decided to be wide awake and happy most of the session, but we still ended up with some beautiful shots. We look forward to seeing more of Ms. Elisabeth in the future.
If you follow my blog, you will remember Tristan’s newborn photos. Now he is nearly 5 months old and just cute as can be. This little guy was so happy during the whole shoot and we ended up with some great images. Watch the blog for 8 month old shots in October.
Miss K came to us looking for some similar shots we’ve done for other women, but we were able to mix it up a little and give her some different images, as well as what she had seen from the previous sessions. Miss K has a great look that worked well for some themed shots as well as some really nice boudoir images.
Ms. J contacted me a couple weeks ago about doing a session for some modeling needs. We approached the session with some new ideas and I think we ended up with some amazing shots. Ms. J just saw the images today and was completely happy.
Michael Sackett Photography will be hosting a boudoir marathon on Jan. 8, 2011 for all of you ladies (or guys) who may want to have some images like Ms. J to give as a special gift to your significant other for Valentines Day. Each session will be 1 hour and will be held in a location other than our studio (metro Detroit area hotel yet to be determined). You will end up with some totally unique, sexy images. Call today for more information and to schedule an hour session.
Kayla’s senior session started off in our studio with some awesome shots and then we headed to Cranbrook, where although it wasn’t sunny, we got some equally wonderful images. All of Kayla’s Chippewa Valley friends need to call today to make an appointment before it’s time to head back to class
We had a great time with Nick and his family on Sat. He was open to anything I suggested and was easy to work with. I think we ended up with some shots that really captured Nick’s personality. Luckily the rain stopped long enough to get some cool shots outside of the studio. Nick’s sister came in for a quick session, for Mom, who has a picture from when Nick was two she is trying to duplicate, with both of them as young adults. Watch for a few more from Nick in the upcoming weeks.
